So I used some leftover coop stuff and a dog kennel for my rooster house. Just got done for now and figured I should share... let me know if yall think I should change anything? Thanks!!

I don’t think the dog crate will protect him from raccoons? That be my concern.

Where is the bedding?
Where is the pop door?
When is he let out of that tiny space into the netted area?

Is this for a temporary quarantine?

That little, unventilated box is not going to be adequate for even the shortest-term use. At the least you need to put in 1 square foot of ventilation.

It appears from the OPs pic, that the whole front is hardware cloth ..... But above posters have valid concerns .....

Put some chicken wire around the dog creat. Other that that it look good!
