Will someone please tell me what these threads are about this and what the purpose here is on BYC? Saw one on recent posts on the forum screen and the conversation was about dragons? What's the deal?

It's a game. You "pretend" to be a person/animal/item/thing. They vary. and I'm annoyed.​
