Anybody else out there play? Or want to?
Whats your roller derby name?
Whats your teams name?
Any tips for a fresh meat newbie?

Ive wanted to play for a couple years and so i finally did. Im only just starting out so im super keen to hear about everyone elses experiences, so please share!
Also anyone have a suggestion for names i could use... Im leaning towards 'Sonja Blade' but i still havent decided.

I never played, but 'Queen Sonja' sounds good to me.

What about "They'll Be Sonja Up" It's kind of long, but it incorporates your name and the "bad-ass" feel of roller derby. I'm so jealous...I don't have a team or league around me.

If you don't mind not using your name, I love Eva Destruction...or what about Betty Rage....you could do a pinup spin on that for your costume.

My first proper game tonight! Im excited! And i bought a new helmet.
I thought of a couple more names what do you think:
Lady Death
Miss Destruction or
Sonja Savage
