Hello. I am new to Backyard Chickens and new to chicken keeping and concerned I have a Roo. We cannot have Roosters in my jurisdiction. No crowing or eggs as of today. Any help is appreciated!

Oh thank you! This one can be quite noisy and is larger than the rest, so definitely causing me concern.
No need to worry. The larger red comb and wattles just mean she's in the run up to laying. She has no male specific feathering, and would it she was a male.

Definitely a girl!! She will be laying in no time, hens with dark red combs and faces are either laying or fixing to start!!! Good luck!!!!
