Roo acting strange!

Hey I had a question for all of you. I've had a silkie bantam rooster and 2 hens for about a year now and recently we rescued an abandoned hen that seemed to have been starved and treated badly. When we brought her in one of the hens was bullying her constantly, but she stopped within a couple of days. ANYWAYS now the roo doesn't really pay attention to the other two hens and just sits with or sits around the new hen the whole day. Is this normal? It's just a little weird not seeing him trying to feed everyone like usual.

Fickle boy has found himself a new love.

It seems my rooster was sick. Right now I'm trying to figure out what he has, but I think it might be Marek's. His poop is normal, but he can't stand or walk. When he tries he just falls like his leg isn't working. Last night he started panting like he can't get enough air. I've been trying to get him to eat and i make sure he drinks water, but I'm not sure what to do.
