Is Goldie a Roo? 3 Months old. Welsummer breed? Hasn't crowed yet.

That's a rooster not good on breeds just yet.

Male, yes.
I'm not positive about breed, because there are a number of breeds where the roosters look similar to that. Welsummer is definitely a possibility.
