Roo? And breed?

Bought from Hoovers Hatchery. Mix of laying hens. I definitely thinks it’s a rooster. He hasn’t cock a doodle doo yet. Hatch date April 4th. So it’s about 3 months old.
Along with is it a rooster? Does anyone know the breed?

If it is a Delaware it’s not a pullet. Feathers say cockerel.

Yes, that looks to be one a Hoover's Delawares and the first 2 pics show what I would say is obvious male saddles

I guess I’ll wait and see if it behaves more like a rooster in the coming weeks.
