Roo? And what type of chickens do I have?

I've been raising these little angels since they were a few weeks old. We got them from a neighbor with no background info. My best guess is they're around 8-12 weeks old, but I'm brand new to chickens so any specific age info is also appreciated. What type of chickens are they? And does that red one look like a rooster?
