Roo attitude! Am I a boy?

Hi all,

I picked this little lady(?) About 10 days ago (she's about 11 weeks old) from a breeder and I was convinced I had a pullets, but (s)he has been picking on everyone, shaping up for chest bumps!
Can anyone confirm?

Editing to add its a speckled maran (bantam? I'm just getting the hang of the terminology!)

Not a maran by any means, looks like a cochin mix. I'm on the fence but leaning cockerel.

Thank you, that's really helpful. I've googled it, cochins are very cute!! Did the fluffy legs or round body give it away?!

Updated pictures, still fights with everyone!
Should be about 13 weeks.
Possible I got the breeds mixed up, could this be a Pekin bantam? Breed doesn't matter to us, but need know as we only have 4 females and it's now possible we have 2 boys I'd hate for the kids to be overly attached if it was a boy

Update - HE attempted to mount one of the hens, and crowed like a teenage boy with a breaking voice this morning... it was hilarious!!! Couldn't believe what I was hearing thank you so much, its definitely definitely confirmed!
