roo chest butting a poulet?

I have a 9/10 week old roo (when I got him at 4/5 weeks the guy wasn't sure exactly when he came in...and also said he was a she)...anyway, he likes to chest buy my silkie who is the same age. She shows no signs of being a roo, and usually dodges his "attacks". Is this normal? The silkie isn't aggressive nor does she show any signs of dominance.

I think chest butting is common with both sexes when they are young. I have chicks that are 2 weeks old chest butting and staring.
