Roo Help Asap

My Rooster has a Big Raw Spot on his Stomach Area how can i Clear it up ? Plus he has Something White Growing at the Front of his Feathers what could that be

Can you give us more information??? And could you post pictures of what you're talking about.
How did he get the raw spots? Could he be eaten up with mites/lice - have you checked him over closely? Especially around his vent feathers, under his wings, around his neck???
