Roo or Hen? Possibly Marans?

It's not hatch down. The barring has only developed in the last couple weeks. All four had completely black heads with white patches. View attachment 3907918
The others comb all look like this, and no red in sight yet. They haven't developed too much comb yet.

This is the comb on the one we suspect is a roo. I might have to wait until they get bigger and start to develope the wattles and finish growing their patterns and colors

Well like the others I'm thinking you have 3 pullets and 1 cockerel. Sorry I'm not much help with the breed mix other than they have Marans in them just not sure what else?
I'm sure some others with way more experience than me can get you sorted out....
