Roo or Hen

12 weeks old. 3 different birds, the one that I thought was a Hen is the one crowing. The 2 with what I thought was Hackle? Feathers have not crowed.

Not crowing, doesn't mean it's not a cockerel. I have two and the second hardly crows because he doesn't want to draw attention to himself and get "put in his place" by the dominant male.

They all unfortunately look like males with the large wattles at 12 weeks. I'm no expert though, so wait for others to weigh in.

I feel for you! I only have one pullet. The rest are roos.
