Roo? Or no?

Hi all, I got two Easter Eggers about said weeks ago, I'm wondering if one is a roo... happy to hear your thoughts. I know it's early to tell but the tail looking different and the comb is much brighter than the other.

The reddish one is looking like he may be a cockerel..the larger, red comb and the uneven color pattern are clues pointing towards male.

Yes that's what I was thinking. Well I will see how long I can keep him before I'm reported I guess .
