Roo or not? Better pictures added

I hope this is not a rooster but these are my first ever chicks. The one I am concerned with is the bar rocked. She/he is about 4.5 weeks old.

Should have added that she does have black washed legs. Might not be able to see that in pictures.

Well that's not good. My son will be devastated. That was his chicken. Hope the place we bought him will switch him out.

Well my wife and son want to hold out hope that this is somehow not a rooster. We are not allowed to keep roosters where we live. Its a shame because he/she is pretty. Contacted the place where we bought it from and they won't exchange so not sure what we will do if he is a rooster.

Most feed stores wont take them back because they I ly promise a 90% accuracy. You can list him on your classified ads or...eat him.
