I'm new to this but they look like my roos so I would have to say yes. Mine were still girls till 3 of them started competing in the crowing olympics!! Still one hen out of 4 isn't bad !

I was hoping that they wouldn't be roos. That makes a total of 3 roos. I have 1 definite buff roo too. I have a buyer interested in the buff but now I'll have to find homes for my RIR roo's.

Can RIR's be used for meat? I heard/read somewhere they make good bbq chicken.

To be honest, its hard to tell from those small pics. I dont know if anyone could tell for sure from them. How old are they in those pics? I think you should post a bigger pic to be sure.

How old are they? The first pic looks like 2 roosters, and the last one looks like one of each.
In the last pic, its funny because the one behind the roo has feet going one way, and a beak going the other way. How many do you have total in those pics? I think i see 2 of each.... or 2 boys and a girl

First pic definitely looks like two roos. My pullet has barely any comb and NO wattles at 13 weeks.
