Roo or pullet?

This chick is 5 weeks old. I'm thinking Roo. What do you think? The comb on this one is a lot bigger than its sibling of the same age.

Likely roo, though I have seen combs that big on pullets. Lack of color also makes it tricky. Breed?

Dad is a copper maran and mom is a orpington. Its sibling has longer tail feathers and the comb is not as prominent....but you never know.

Looks like a boy right now with those red wattles coming in...may just be an early bloomer though.

Thank you for the photos!! I think you are correct and it is probably a cockerel. Too bad, he is a sweetheart and we cant have them in the city.
