Roo or pullet?

Hello, I’m still pretty new to the chicken world. What do you think? Roo or pullet? I’m guessing roo but could be wrong.

Also what breed? My broody hatched him/her but not hers. Could be Easter egger or olive egger. TIA!

I would say 5 weeks I know it’s not my chicken but its going through that weird -have and I would say pullet

Too young to sex for a solid-colored breed with a pea comb. I would wait 6-8 weeks minimum, closer to 8 is ideal. These pictures are also much too far away. We need to see comb to identify sex. To be honest, with it's raised comb that's visible even from far away I would lean cockerel.
