Roo v Hen chicks and activity levels, lazy roo?

So I hatched 2 banty eggs I got from a neighbor. One is def a roo (aside from watching him flop out the egg live and seeing his cloaca up close and personal on the lid and seeing 'him') I know he's a roo because he's already a spitting image of his daddy, and his feathers/wings/tail are different than the girls and developing much slower. The other chick that hatched was a girl (lighter of the 2), then I got two chicks from the store. So my issue is that he seems to be developing slower than her, which I expected from what I've read, but he seems to SLEEP A LOT? I don't know if he's lazy or stockpiling energy to crow and wake us up for the rest of his life? His sister and the two store bought hens/chicks are super energetic and run around pecking and doing baby chick things until it's naptime. But for him, it's nearly always naptime? He spends way more time on the heat pad sleeping then the girls, is this normal? I worry he's not getting enough water or nutrition because he's always sleeping? He's super friendly and trills for me to hold him and calms when he's pet under the heat lamps and on his hot pad. I know they get cold easy w/o feathers so I'm constantly making sure the temps are ok. It's it normal for boys to sleep this much? When he is active, he is but it's like he has narcolepsy or something? They are 2 weeks old. It's he just always cold because his feathers are slower to develop than the girls and so he's not as active? New to hatchlings and new to a roo. 🥰 I've never been so in love! Thanks in advance.

Chicks sleep alot because they're growing.

Also you can't tell their gender right now by looking at their combs. Too early.
