Roo with injured leg?

We have a roo that is just over 5 months old. My DD is upset, he's our most beautiful EE. His leg is injured. The right leg is swollen and hot, he won't stand or walk. Could it be broken? Infected? What should I do or give him?

Can you get a picture of it to help us see what is going on with it? Do you know how he injured it? A good start would be to cage him where he can't move around on it too much.
