Roo?

This is my old English bantam cockerel. He is almost 10 weeks and not as big as your guy. I also have a bantam Sebring same age and he is much smaller too. I would say cockerel but not a bantam (banty)

He's not very big....that is my 5 year old holding him. I can easily hold him in one hand.
 
I'm not new to chickens but this is the first year ive bought straight run. That's the only way to get bantams. And my kids just had to have bantams this year lol
The lady we got him from said he was a banny....I'm assuming she meant banty but thought maybe I was spelling it wrong. They are all pretty small. Theres only 2 with combs like that, but the other's comb is much smaller.
