Roofing Panels for side of run

Couldn't find anything specific in past topics directly addressing the issue if corrugated fiberglass roofing panels could be used on the side of the run above 3ft or so. Any advice would be great.

I don't see why not. As long as they serve the same function that any sturdy material would, there should be no problem.
