I JUST got my incubator in the mail today. This will be my very FIRST hatch ever. I know ideal room temp is 70-90. The room I will put the bator in is 83 and 45% humidity. Is that too much humidity and too high a temp? Should I still put water in the bator??

I will take ANY hatching tips you'd like to share as well! I am scared to death to mess up! These are eggs from my own chickens, so no worries about losing money on the eggs. I am using these to practice with.

Do I space the eggs out in the turner or put them all together??

Thank!

Read your instructions that came with your incubator. No need to space out the eggs.
Your humidity and room temp sound fine.
