Roos? And feather question..In front of tail puffy feathers, what r they?

I think those have to be roos. Also, what puffy feathers are you talking about? Looks like they're just ruffled.

Comb on 1 is really red. Comb on another is tinged with yellow and not very big wattles. Feathers before the tail on three of mine are always ruffled a bit. The other one never. Can you tell by there feathers if they are roos? Thanks for the help.

If those pictures are of 2 birds, they both look like roos. As they get older they will develop ppointed feathers on their necks (hackle) and longer feathers on the back towards the tail (saddle). Right now that is just baby fluff with some feathers growing in.
