Roos comb is bad

Don’t know what is wrong with my rooster’s comb. I cleaned it and put Neosporin on it. The comb is hard and bloody in spots. Only rooster so no fighting. We did have some cold temps this winter but hens combs are fine.

Fowl pox seems the most likely explanation.
Not much to be done to be frank. It usually goes on it's own after some time.
Check his throat and feet. There are two types, wet and dry. With wet fowl pox you may see signs of leasions in the throat.
There is no effective treatment and it's contagious.
