Roos or hens?

I have two New Hampshire red chicks and I was wondering if they were Roos or hens??

They are too young to be sure they are pullets, but so far they look female.
 
Yes this breed is especially hard to tell for they are around 3 weeks old and with other chick breed you can tell at this age
