Roo's or Hens?

I have 3 straight run RIR chicks...they are getting bigger so I'm wondering if anyone has thoughts on what they are. I believe I have 2 roo's and 1 pullet. The black ones are all supposed to be pullets so I'm not as curious about them!

They all look like cockerels. How old are they?

About 5 1/2 weeks I think, not exactly sure how old they were when I got them. I was really hoping at least one was a pullet...they are much more social and friendly than my sex links. Is that typical of cockerels? This is all new to me!
