Roos Or Not?

Hi Everyone. I bought 6 golden laced wyandotte chicks from TSC this spring. I gave away 2. Of the 4 that I kept, 3 are roos. One of the 4 looks alot different than the others but I still think it's a roo. Is the chicken on the right a roo or hen? Thanks!

Rooster, I had 5 and one of them was like this. He was bigger than the hens but was slow to develop his combs and saddle feathers.
