Roos or pullets please?

Hi folks,
I am new to chickens and had these since day old. It’s two Easter eggers (one black, one beige) and two gold lace ones (they look identical).
They are almost 10 weeks.
Any ideas on if they are boys or girls please?
im pretty sure both gold lace ones are trying to crow
