Roost bars and poop boards

I seldom have time anymore to read a lot of threads here but happened on this one so here is my setup with Sweet PDZ.


I use a kitty litter scoop (flat bottom works best) and a wire organizer to sift the poop.


After sifting I use a Japanese rake to level and draw designs in the PDZ, it's very relaxing.

It was a community roll out nest box but the hens decided they didn't like it and preferred something a bit rustic like a couple of cardboard boxes taped together.
