I adopted two hens from a friend who could no longer take care of her chicks and now it turns out one is a Rooster. This is my first time dealing with this and know that i cant keep him. We live in Westchester County, NY and I have called the 4-H, local farms, vets offices and have not had any luck finding him a home. Any suggestions? Please don't say to "eat Him" He's still very sweet and really a pretty bird.

you could list him on craigslist I'm in Canada and have kijiji instead, not sure if you guys have Kijiji or not, but that's where everyone here lists roosters.
