Rooster and chicks

My hen started laying again and I want to hatch chicks and my rooster lost his wattles when he was young now he is breeding my hens I want to know wil my chicks have only one wattles because they get more appearance by father

How did he lose his wattles and what breed is he?

He lost his wattles by a predetor the predetor grabbed him them bit his wattles then he flapped his wings so hard he was able to run away abd he was bleading badly now his ok breeding my hen. And I don't know what breed is he

Same thing holds true for any chicks sired by this rooster.
