Rooster Booster supplement--has anyone mixed it in small quantities?

Hi. I'm trying to doctor up my injured chicken, and I got some vitamin/electrolyte powder ("Rooster Booster"). It gives instructions on mixing large quantities, and I don't want to even try to do the math. Has anyone ever mixed small quantities of this? How many tsp per gallon?

We use a powder Vitamin alot around Show times. I put 1 TSP per gallon. The way I was told is that you really cannot use to much. There body will only absorb what it needs and pass the rest through. Also DO NOT let the mixed water to stay in the waters more than 1 day. I will fill them in the morning and at night pour out the leftovers. Hope this helps.
