Rooster breed?

Hi! I'm still trying to sort all of this out. I've figured out all of the breeds of chickens we have from a flock someone abandoned, and we took in. But I can't figure out what breed this rooster is. Any ideas?

The coloring reminds me of a Silver Penciled Rock:

But the leg color is wrong (Rocks should have yellow legs, and that one clearly does not.)

I can't think of a breed that is quite right, so I think it might be a mix of some kind.

I was think a silver penciled rock to but the leg color wouldnt match. It could be a mix.

I'm thinking Silver Penciled Rock mixed with a Silver Laced Wyandotte.
