Rooster bullying flock?

My rooster keeps pecking at my hens and chasing them around the coop. He is also pecking at another rooster (old English game bantam) that we didn't think was a rooster till about a week ago. They're all around 2-3 months old. Why is he doing this and how do I get him to stop?

It seems like he's trying to mate with the hens and setting a pecking order with the other rooster.My youngster chased and did everything possible to the hens he could do.He needs older hens.Older hens are good for teaching MANNERS.That's how to stop him.

He is coming of age. Likely this will go on for a while till the order is fully established and the girls and the other cockerels fall in line. It's all part of the chickens world.
