Rooster - choices?

Looking for suggestions and opinions: I would just love to have a Rooster that is big, colourful, handsome and has an awesome tail

There are so many breeds out there but a few suggestions would be helpful.

I bought australorps from Duane Urch in Minnesota and like the cockerels! I purchased brahmas from Cackle Hatchery in Missouri and like their cockerels enough to find the winner of the Ohio National 2012 and order a trio of Buff Brahma large fowl. Looking forward to spring and hatching more of both.
