Rooster collars

I am getting six Ameraucana chicks and if I end up with a rooster would this work? I have one neighbor who called the town on me because I have bees and I was in my right to have them. I am sure the town will be getting a phone call regardless. Where I live even though it's 1/4 acre zoning you are able to have chickens and a rooster.

It should. Mine hates his so bad that he takes it off independently! It doesn't hurt them unless it is too tight. Make sure the strap to take it off is in the back. Or he may take it off. One last thing, don't keep it on 24/7

if you're able to have roosters in your township I don't see the problem with a rooster crowing... the neighbor might even like to hear it in the morning
