Rooster dirt bathing were my dog is buried? Why ?

Hello guys I have a question about my rooster , he keeps dirt bathing were my dog has been buried and I keep pushing him away from the area. No other chicken does that only him, there’s nothing special there only dirt so I’m not sure what attracting him over there. Please help!

How long ago was the dog buried?

My cockerel rarely bathes with rest. He digs his own. Possibly it’s dry enough, and easy digging in that spot.

it was about the 2 weeks ago and it’s moist over there.
