Rooster Doesn't Crow

Just wondering if anyone else has a rooster that never, or rarely, crows? Our guy is very obviously a roo, but...no crowing. He's right out our bedroom window, so we'd hear him if he did. Anyone else have a crowless roo?

I would love if my salmon faverolle cockerel would turn out not to crow... Then I could have him as a house chicken in the city.

I've had a few who would rarely crow, and others who would crow all day every day. It really depends on the individual chicken

How old is he?
I've had cockerels that didn't start singing until about ten months of age.
My current ones don't stop. They set eachother off.

You're certainly not describing my rooster. He's not named Sir Henry the Loud for no reason. And, he's no slacker. He likes to start crowing about 3:30 a.m. Every Single Day.
