Rooster falling and unable to get up?

Hi all. My rooster lately has been having some problems and unable to figure out what the culprit is. He’s eating and drinking fine. However, he trips when he’s walking and falls and is unable to get up. We’ve had to pick him up quite a few times. His comb and waddle are nice and red. He’s under a year old too. Any ideas?

What do you feed?
Have you checked his legs/feet for swelling/injury or bumblefoot on the bottom of his foot?
How long have you had him?
Was he vaccinated for Marek's?
