These are the feet of my americauna roosterafter an hour of soaking in Epsom salts.
The nails were missing when I got him 4 months ago. I think he had already gotten some frostbite this winter.
His coop has straw.
I did surgery on his right foot pad and little one on the left a month ago for bumble foot. He is still favouring his right foot. And not roosting very often.

Why is there still a scab?
Does he have scaley leg mites?
Can you tell how old he is but the spurs?
Advise me please on how to proceed.

Looks like he still has Bumblefoot. Both feet have scabs.
Also some contact dermatitis on the toes, spurs(?) necrotic on the ends -were those trimmed?

Give him daily soakings in epsom salts, soften up those scabs and see if they will come off and you can get the kernel out. Pack the holes with triple antibiotic ointment and wrap the feet. He needs to be kept on clean dry bedding until he heals.

Post a photos of the whole rooster so we can see what he looks like. Nope, I can't tell how old is he by those spurs. They needs to be watched as well - are they soft?
What do you feed him?

Hard to see if he has SLM or not. It won't hurt to rub vaseline, oil or similar into and under the scales of the legs after you have dried him off from his daily soak.
