Two of my roosters fought today. The wounds are horrible. I will only post pics of the most wounded one because the other one only has a few wounds. My question is: how can I reduce the fighting?

Is getting rid of one of them an option?
Are you sure you have enough hens/space required to keep multiple roosters?

I I would if I really had to
I really don't know if I have enough space. I actually have 12 roosters and I was planning on making a rooster flock but If something like this would happen regularly I think I would leave that thought a thought

12 roosters, oh my goodness!
Bachelor pads can work, I don't personally have them myself, but apparently if they are away from the lady birds the chances of fighting are reduced.

Urgent.

I have two roosters that got along for a long time and now the larger speckled sussex wants to kill the phoenix, my most valuable rooster (he protects the hens masterfully, very smart bird) .
I'm gonna cut his spurs off. Is that enough? Will it work? If not, tell me now so I can find him another home (sadly).

How about seperating them?

I regimes my agressive roo( out if two) and the other one just turned on me and a hen. They’re just like that sometimes

I clipped his spurs. They started up again but it turned out the phoenix ran him away from the flock. He's been put out. I have an extra cage he can stay in. Sad. i may have to give him away.

They don't call it cock fighting for nothing. Inexperienced people often times vastly underestimate the violence of fighting or attacking roosters. Personally, it is not something that I like to watch. I would separate them permanently.

Sometimes bachelor flocks work, for some birds they won't. It is just a crap shoot. Some roosters with just roosters will get along, some will get a long for a while, and some just fight bloody once or twice, and some just fight bloody to the death.

ALWAYS have a plan B set up and ready to go, ALWAYs solve for peace in the flock.
