Rooster has stopped mating

I have a two year old Mille fluer D’ uccle rooster who was quite active with his fellow hens. Once I introduced a standard size rooster to the flock for the other hens he has stopped mating. I have removed them into different sections in hopes that my Mille Fluer will start mating with his hens again but that has not happened. Also one of his hens hasn’t laid an egg in over eight months and she is also two years old she seems healthy active not quite sure what is going on. Please don’t mind the plastic we just took down the rain barrier around our run. The female in the front with all the white is the one that’s not laying
