Rooster head shaking

So my head rooster does this head shake and twist every so often. I've checked for mites/ lice but cant seem to find anything. Any thoughts on what is going on? tia.

Waddle wiggling can be a form of courtship.
If he's doing it a lot, it may be a sign of a problem.
