Rooster is plucking feathers out of both my hens.

Today I was checking on all my birds. I found Sweetie pie my rooster plucking the feathers out of the two hens he grow up with. They are 12 weeks old. They are still separated from the rest of the birds until we get the run up. ( hopefully soon). How can I get him to stop? The offender is pictured with the two hens.

If he is doing that then you should probably separate him, for 24 hours then put him back in with the girls if he does it again then another 24 hours, so on and so on until it stops.
