Rooster lifts up hen saddle? Help!!

I have a young rooster( ip for adoption) that is normally a shy boy. Lately he has developed the ambush way of mating. This is what he dies that amazes me. He will sneak up and lift the hen saddle like a lid, hang on to it and then mount. It is swift. Does qnyone have a better hen saddle
design so thathe can't lift it and open it like a clam?
Any suggestions?

He looks like a cockerel. Clever boy!
Are your hens saddled because of bare backs and over breeding? Are there other males in your flock?
If you are rehoming him, I would just keep him isolated until someone takes him and take the saddles off the hens if there are no other males to wear their back feathers off.
