Rooster mounting a bit too...enthusiatically

My poor hens. Most of them are getting totally bald on their back from being mounted by the rooster. One's back is completely torn up . What can I do?

I have a similar situation and was told I need more hens for the rooster and possibly larger hens? because he is such a big rooster.
