My beautiful black Sumatra chicken turns out to be a rooster, and I can’t keep roosters where I live. He’s 16weeks old and beautiful. Please help.

I know, he’s stunning. I’m heartbroken I can’t keep him. I’ve got a ton of calls and texts out to people in the area hoping someone I know can give him a good home
