Rooster or hen? Help please!!

Help please! We have 8 chickens and 3 are laying. All of them are 19 weeks, one of the eggs that we gathered had a bullseye looking thing in the yolk like it was fertilized. Any help identifying if either of these 2 are roosters or hens would be appreciated!

Pullets for sure. Are you sure there was a bullseye? And cockerels would be crowing by now.

They are all females. The bullseye you saw wasn't actually a bullseye.
