rooster or hen?

I have raised these two from eggs and I'm starting to wonder if I have two hens or a rooster and a hen. Help would be greatly appreciated!!!

RIR looks like a Pullet, & the white one looks like a cockerel

They were born at the end of may

I think roosters also...I'm no expert though.

So they would be about 10 weeks old. That would mean they are both cockerels.
